Features:
This blueprint cannot be duplicated or crafted.

Caution:
This item cannot be destroyed, discarded, or placed in a box.
However, it can be forcibly acquired by destroying another Alliance’s core or looting it from the owner, the Alliance Leader.
Acquired blueprints can only be transferred to others through looting or trade transfer.
