Viscount Reynold was a lord who managed a provincial territory of the Orta Empire. However, it was a small estate consisting of only one small town and a few rural villages. Even then, because it was located near the Mountain of Death, the land was not fertile. Farming was difficult, and even when they managed to grow something, most of it had to be discarded due to poor harvests.

Furthermore, Viscount Reynold was not even the true owner of the land. He was essentially a proxy lord managing a portion of Count Dave's territory. Lately, he had been consumed by extreme rage.
