146 – Recolor
It was ridiculous. Who did he think he was? What was there to be troubled about, whether he accepted it or not? Who were they to care?
Even if his heart thought so, his head knew it wasn't true. If it had been that simple, things would likely be several times more troublesome and harder to clean up than they were now.
Eun-ha held his phone with both hands, lost in thought for a while. He felt like he should reach out—no, he had to do it quickly—but he couldn't easily make up his mind. He hesitated to even check what message had been left. He was afraid the other boy might be clutching his phone, waiting. Afraid he would notice the moment the unread indicator disappeared and call back immediately.
