CP 7

With just one night spent together, Chaika began to receive treatment similar to that of the mistress of Castilla Castle. Was this not the same Mikhail who, for decades, had driven Omegas away, claiming they smelled disgusting? The fact that such a man now kept Chaika by his side every day and spent his heat cycle with him was more than a huge event; it was a miracle.

All the vassals and servants residing in the castle showed Chaika courtesy. Whether because he wasn't used to it or for some other reason, Chaika would bow back with a hesitant face or simply hide behind Mikhail.

Despite spending the heat cycle with Mikhail, Chaika could not seem to adapt to the fact that he was an Omega. If he saw even a speck of dust on the furniture, he became anxious until he could wipe it away, and rather than sitting quietly by Mikhail’s side, he wanted to clean or run errands. Mikhail could have let him do so if Chaika wanted it that badly, but he did not allow it. From now on, Chaika had to get used to living as an Omega—specifically, as Mikhail’s Omega.
