Synopsis
*This story is set in a fictional Daehan Empire unrelated to actual history.
'Ho-eun,' the youngest son of a well-known noble family in the Daehan Empire, is always sick.
When he goes to the hospital for a cold that has flared up again, the doctor tells him something unexpected.
"It seems that young master Ho-eun has become a Bondmate (Guide)."
"What you're suffering from isn't a cold, but an Awakening."
Ho-eun, who has been raised like a precious flower within the walls of his home all his life, is excited even though he has to go to the battlefield immediately.
And so, he participates in the Matching Ceremony to find a God of War (Esper).
There, Ho-eun meets 'Tae-muk,' the strongest God of War in the Daehan Empire, and they become partners.
Unlike Ho-eun, who is excited to have someone to spend his life with, Tae-muk is aloof.
He has no interest in Ho-eun and only desires his body.
"General, please reconsider..."
"Damn it, yesterday it was this, today it's that. Why did you come if you're going to be like this?"
