The rough shouting forced them to stop talking and step back. Despite their expressions of dissatisfaction at not hearing the story they wanted, the employees scattered and left one by one. The Station Chief glared at the backs of the grumbling employees as they walked away, then turned and went inside the office.
A sweet Pheromone scent still lingered in the room. He paused for a moment, but quickly regained his senses and hurriedly opened the window to ventilate. He even made a futile attempt to wave his arms around to push the air out, trying to get rid of the man’s trace as quickly as possible, but it wasn’t easy.
“Haa.”
Exhausted, he slumped into his chair, and Ashley Miller’s words suddenly came to mind.
‘I just want my son to not kill anyone.’
He shuddered as the cool, purple eyes that had been directed at him resurfaced, and he quickly shook his head. Unpleasantly, he then remembered the first time he saw Grayson Miller. Dominant Alphas really are creepy.

Dane was still bewildered by the unexpected situation, blinking in confusion. It was the first time in his life he had met someone with the same Trait as him. Koi, excited by Dane’s dazed expression, gushed.
“Oh my god, to encounter such incredible luck. I’m so glad I came here. I’m so lucky!”
Overcome with emotion, he grabbed Dane’s hand. Dane was flustered by this unfamiliar situation but didn’t bother to shake Koi’s hand off. Koi continued, unable to hide his excitement.
“Instead of standing here, why don’t we go have some tea together? We could go somewhere and talk for a bit…”
“Koi.”
A deep voice suddenly came from behind. When they both looked in that direction, they saw a tall man who looked incredibly like Grayson staring at them.
“Ash! Grayson, my baby!”
Suddenly, Koi shouted with emotion, told Dane to wait a moment, and hurried over. Dane, awkwardly standing up, watched in amazement as he bypassed Ashley Miller and embraced Grayson, who was standing behind him. Grayson naturally returned Koi’s embrace, patting his back, then smiled at Dane and said loud enough for him to hear.
“Daddy, welcome.”
Daddy? Koi?
Startled, Dane’s mind was immediately filled with questions. But why isn’t his last name Miller?
Standing awkwardly, he suddenly felt a sharp gaze. Dane then met the eyes of a man he had never met before, but who looked familiar, staring intently at him.
The man slowly opened his mouth, his gaze still fixed on Dane, the moment he paused at the snake-like cold purple eyes.
“Koi, why were you holding that man’s hand?”
Incredibly, the man’s voice was so gentle and soft, the opposite of the look in his eyes towards Dane. It was as if candy had been melted and turned into language. Koi’s voice reached Dane’s bewildered ears.
“Ah, Ash. Uh…”
Koi, who had been about to say something excitedly, paused. He glanced at Dane’s face, hesitated for a moment, and then replied cheerfully.
“It’s a secret!”
The atmosphere suddenly turned icy. The Pheromone scent that had been swirling around the man intensified, even feeling murderous, but only Koi seemed unaware of this.
Amidst the man glaring at Dane with a terrifying gaze, Grayson staring off into the distance as if he had experienced this countless times, and Dane, who couldn’t understand why this man had suddenly appeared and was giving him grief, Koi smiled brightly and said.
“Ash, what are we going to do now? Are we going to Grayson’s house?”
“…We should.”
As he answered, the man reached out to Koi. The man naturally took Koi from Grayson, embraced him as if it were obvious, and buried his lips in his hair. Dane blankly watched this, when Koi suddenly said something unexpected.
“Then, could we possibly invite him? I’d like to have tea and talk with him.”
Grayson and the man’s gazes simultaneously turned to Dane. Dane wanted to refuse immediately, but it wasn’t the right situation. Also, even without being introduced, he couldn’t possibly not know at this point. How could he not recognize them when they looked so much alike? So, the two of them must be…
“Dane, let me introduce you, though it’s late. This is my Papa and Daddy. Papa, Daddy. This is Dane Striker.”
Grayson naturally pointed to them alternately, then finally turned towards Dane. As the man and Koi fixed their gazes on Dane, Grayson said in a somewhat proud voice.
“He’s my lover, who is currently living with me.”
This time, both of their gazes turned to Grayson simultaneously. His face was shining with pride, but Koi and Ashley’s reactions were completely different. In contrast to Koi, who was delighted and widened his eyes and mouth, Ashley frowned deeply and directed a suspicious gaze from Grayson to Dane.

A cold chill ran through the reception room. The Californian sunlight pouring in from the full-length window that occupied one side was more than warm, it was hot, but despite that, only a cool air circulated between them.
Ashley Miller sat with his legs crossed, leaning deeply into the back of the chair, and stared at his son, who was sitting across the wide table.
They had returned to the same house in their respective cars, and then split into pairs and took separate seats. After Grayson followed Ashley into the reception room, Koi naturally dragged Dane to the tea room. And so, Grayson and Ashley were sitting face to face like this.
An employee placed refreshments in front of them, and then disappeared as quickly as they had appeared. Once they were alone again, Ashley slowly moved his eyes in the silence. He directed his gaze towards Grayson’s lower body and narrowed his eyes, and Grayson soon realized the meaning. He stopped the leg that he had been shaking wildly under the table and apologized.
“I’m sorry.”
“Don’t act so vulgarly.”
Ashley coldly pointed out, then lifted his teacup to his mouth. Grayson waited without moving until he had drunk the hot black tea and put the cup down.
“When did you get your Pheromones extracted?”
“Two days ago.”
Grayson answered immediately, as if he had been waiting for Ashley’s question. Ashley fixed his gaze on his son’s face and opened his mouth.
“What happens if you lie?”
The tone was no different from before, but the air turned as sharp as a blade. Grayson immediately changed his words.
“I’m sorry, I don’t remember exactly.”
Grayson lied shamelessly. Of course, he remembered the day he had spent a blissful night with Dane so vividly. He was updating their anniversary every single day. And today was exactly the 28th day.
I should spend the 30th anniversary with Dane.
Grayson felt good just imagining it. Ashley stared intently at his face, which had unconsciously lifted into a smile. He didn’t trust Grayson’s words at all. It must be another lie. Even thinking that, Ashley didn’t bring it up any further. In any case, as long as Grayson obediently followed his orders, there would be no problem.
“I’ll have the secretary team find the dates for nearby parties and send them to you. You can’t let your Pheromones build up.”
“Ah, it’s okay.”
Grayson woke up from his imagination and returned to reality.
“I have Dane.”
Ashley looked at his son with a blank face.
“What does extracting Pheromones have to do with that?”
Until now, Grayson had thought so too. That the two were separate issues.
But the situation had changed. Above all, his Virginia didn’t react unless it was Dane. If this wasn’t proof of fate, what was it?
But saying such a thing would only displease Ashley. Grayson smiled and replied.
“Yes, I will.”
Ashley quietly stared at his son’s face as he answered obediently. An eerie silence followed. In the stillness where not even a breath could be heard, Grayson, sitting under Ashley’s gaze, was finally spoken to by his Papa.
“Grayson, what happens if you don’t extract your Pheromones on time?”
“You go crazy or become an idiot.”
Grayson answered without hesitation and grinned.
