Is that… so? It was certainly clear that Kwon Rae-i was full of vigor…
“Of course, Tae-hwon sending me off with a shy kiss is exciting too.”
“…”
“It makes me flutter, like a newlywed.”
He reached out and gently caressed Tae-hwon’s face. He cupped and traced the curve of his ear with his fingertips, then tenderly smoothed back his black hair. His touch, as he continued to stroke him, was as gentle as if he were handling something precious.
After gazing at Tae-hwon for a long while, he reluctantly turned his head away.
“Hah, I’ve lost today. But next time, we’re really doing it at the entrance, okay? With my Dick through the bars, like this, huh?”
Kwon Rae-i subtly demanded an answer. Judging by his pressuring gaze, it seemed he was still internally conflicted. Half wanting to pounce on him right then and there, half wanting to hold back. Tae-hwon simply nodded in agreement.
“Alright. Next time.”
“Hah, shit. I really don’t want to go.”
Kwon Rae-i grumbled, complaining until the very end. He even issued a threat to Tae-hwon, saying that when he returned today, he wouldn’t let him sleep a wink all night. He told him to be prepared.
“I’m going to tie Woo Tae-hwon to the bed and spank his ass while I fuck him up and down.”
“Yes, yes… Do as you please. More importantly, shouldn’t you really be leaving now? President Hwang will be waiting.”
“I’m going to sleep with my Dick still inside you, and then do it again as soon as I wake up.”
“I said I understand. Stop it and go quickly, and come back safe.”
Tae-hwon half-ignored his words and pushed Kwon Rae-i towards the door. He dripped with regret until the very end, opening the multiple locks and stepping out of the entrance.
Tae-hwon couldn’t relax his guard until the very last moment the door closed. He feared that Kwon Rae-i would open the door and come back, saying he should just take one last shot before leaving. Only after hearing the engine start in the garage and the sound of the car driving away could Tae-hwon finally sigh in relief and shake his head.
‘Goodness, how did he grow up to be such a virile stud?’
Woo Tae-hwon was second to none when it came to stamina, and his well-trained, muscular body possessed the strength to withstand almost any adversity, but even so, keeping up with Kwon Rae-i at night was exhausting. Just when he thought he was getting used to it, he would raise the intensity and do even more outrageous things, and just when he got used to that, he would move on to the next level.
To put it positively, Kwon Rae-i was taking it easy on Tae-hwon, but on the other hand, it was also a concern. He worried that if the levels kept creeping up like this, they would eventually go all the way.
‘Especially since he already shot his load that time…’
Tae-hwon dejectedly lowered his head. He tried not to show it in front of him, but he was actually quite shocked. He was also worried that the same unfortunate incident might happen again. Tae-hwon kicked the innocent bars with his foot and turned to walk back to the living room.
The last glimpse of Kwon Rae-i’s face before he left flashed through his mind. He recalled his sweetly smiling face and his panting voice.
…Newlyweds.
‘I wonder. Is this what newlyweds are like?’
Would there even be newlyweds in the world who spouted such lewd remarks?
Living with Kwon Rae-i made him feel like the common sense he knew was fading away. Now, even judging what was the right decision seemed utterly worthless. After all, the situation he and he were in was already absurd.
‘Alright. I don’t know. Let’s just take a nap.’
Tae-hwon clicked his tongue and climbed the stairs. He had already been warned that he wouldn’t be allowed to sleep tonight, so he had to take a nap now to have the stamina to cope later. Fortunately, he had plenty of time since he was going all the way to Pyeongtaek.
‘Still, I hope nothing dangerous happens.’
Tae-hwon hoped that nothing unfortunate would happen to him as he climbed to the third floor. With the clash between the two giants, Gyeongjeong and Jeun, imminent, it was only natural that ominous movements were occurring in various places. As the saying goes, a crisis is an opportunity, and there were many who were trying to seize a big opportunity in this gap, and many who were walking a tightrope between the two organizations, trying to get a better deal.
As the two large organizations fought for supremacy over the throne, it was natural for those below to be shaken. And only those who could embrace even that could be recognized as the owner of the underworld throne.
Arriving in the bedroom, Tae-hwon turned off the light and covered himself with the blanket. He forced his eyes shut and relaxed his body, gradually becoming still as the tension drained from his toes. He couldn’t hear any sound. Kwon Rae-i wasn’t there either.
The body that clung to him tenaciously. The thick arms that obsessively embraced his waist. The blindly devoted gaze that always fell on Tae-hwon, no matter where he went or what he did. Kwon Rae-i’s absence was the absence of all of that. Tae-hwon turned his head and buried his face in the pillow. He took a deep breath, and it seemed he could faintly smell his scent.
‘…’
Tae-hwon closed his eyes and slowly breathed.
He was always on Woo Tae-hwon’s right side. He only slept on Tae-hwon’s right side when they slept, and naturally, he only used the right side of the bed.
Tae-hwon stealthily reached out and pulled the pillow on the right side closer. He hugged it to his empty chest and closed his eyes again.
‘It’s not like I’m doing this because I agreed to those requests, but…’
Tae-hwon hugged the pillow tightly. The soft down inside rustled as it was compressed.
Pyeongtaek. How far was Pyeongtaek? How many hours would it take to drive there and back? As Tae-hwon quietly calculated the distance, his breathing gradually slowed. The movement of his chest rising and falling gradually subsided, and his thoughts slowed.
It was the boundary between unconsciousness and consciousness. He wasn’t deeply asleep, but he was dozing off.
Just then, he suddenly heard a faint rattling noise.
‘…Hmm?’
It seemed to be coming from downstairs. At first, he thought it was his imagination, but then he heard another rattling sound. It was coming from the direction of the entrance.
‘How long have I been asleep?’
It felt like he had only closed his eyes for a moment, but he didn’t know how much time had actually passed.
‘Is it already time for him to come back?’
Tae-hwon slowly opened his eyelids and threw off the blanket. As he came out of the bedroom and took the elevator down, he couldn’t shake off an uneasy feeling. For some reason, his spine was tingling.
‘What is it…’
An indescribable sixth sense was reacting. His chest felt hollow, and a cold shiver ran down his spine, causing the back of his neck to tingle. Arriving on the first floor, Tae-hwon stepped out of the elevator and stared with blurred eyes at the entrance beyond the bars. The three sturdy locks attached to the front door were being unlocked one by one. The keys were turning, and now he could hear the sound of the number pad being pressed.
“Young Master, no, Rae-i… Is that Rae-i?”
Even to his own ears, the question sounded doubtful. Tae-hwon frowned as the last lock was released. The electronic door lock beeped as the correct password was entered, and the door swung open.
Bright sunlight poured in fiercely. Tae-hwon, facing the dazzling light head-on, shielded his eyes with one hand.
‘Rae-i…? Kwon Rae-i?’
The silhouette he could barely make out…
It wasn’t Kwon Rae-i at first glance.
He was shorter, skinnier, and his skin looked festered and necrotic…
“Huh?”
Han-seon.
The unexpected visitor was Han-seon.
However, it was nothing short of luck that Tae-hwon was able to recognize the man. It was because his appearance was so wretched that it was difficult to even look at him.
The glasses he always wore were gone, half of his hair had been pulled out, and the outer layer of skin on his face was severely damaged. Half of his face was burned and red, while the other half was frostbitten and black in places.
He hadn’t been properly treated, and pus was dripping down. He wasn’t even properly dressed, but was wrapped in a dusty blanket like a sack.
“Ugh, uhh.”
Han-seon staggered and collapsed onto the tiled floor of the entrance. He fell weakly and supported himself on the ground with both hands.
But shockingly, most of the fingers on both of his hands had been cut off, and only blood-soaked bandages were wrapped around the blunt knuckles. At a glance, it seemed that the only fingers he had left were his left thumb and index finger.
Startled, Tae-hwon rushed to the bars on the entrance.
“Teacher!”
