Unable to even form words from the shock, Alexis kissed the corners of Cecile’s eyes. A soft voice followed.
“You didn’t pee.”
“I didn’t….”
“It’s just… because it felt too good.”
Alexis let out a deep sigh at the lingering remnants of pleasure. His trembling breath dampened Cecile’s rounded shoulders. In response, Cecile’s shoulders spasmed.
The thrusting began again. Every time he slid in and out of the hole, a pale liquid flowed out steadily. Cecile closed his eyes tight, unable to dare look down. As he blindly searched for Alexis’s lips, those hot lips suddenly clamped down and swallowed Cecile’s.
“Hng, ha, ngh.”
“Haah.”
Their tongues tangled messily. While they let out ragged breaths and moans, their lower bodies collided without rest. The air was filled with squelching sounds, and fluids splashed everywhere in a chaotic mess.
Their standing bodies had collapsed onto the floor at some point. Like mating animals, they clung to one another, biting and sucking at each other’s skin. They were drenched in sweat and mysterious fluids, but neither cared.
The loosened rear hole now swallowed Alexis’s length without resistance. As the lubricated inner walls tightly gripped the massive, swollen member, Alexis let out a low curse. He wrapped his arms around Cecile’s slender waist and slammed himself in from behind.
Sticky flesh rubbed against flesh. When he pushed in all the way to the base, the very end of Cecile’s inner wall began to suck at the tip. Both trembled, unable to withstand the dizzying stimulation. Simultaneously, they came.
Alexis continued slow insertions until the very end. Only when not a single drop of semen remained did he seem satisfied, his lips curling into a long smile. With his member still buried inside, he stroked the small of Cecile’s back. The concave spine was slippery, drenched in sweat.
“Cecile, are you okay?”
“…….”
Cecile, lying face down and breathing heavily, did not answer. The elbow that had been barely supporting his upper body buckled, and he collapsed forward. Alexis reflexively caught Cecile’s forehead.
“Cecile!”
Seeing Cecile’s eyes rolled back, Alexis’s heart sank for a moment. He hurriedly checked his breathing. Fortunately, he was breathing steadily. He realized Cecile had simply fainted, but still unable to put his mind at ease, he checked his pulse and lifted his eyelids to check his pupils.
“…Haa.”
A sigh escaped him. Only then could he let go of his alarm. Sitting on the floor, Alexis pulled Cecile into his embrace. He sighed slowly and rubbed his own pale face. In that short moment, it felt as if ten years had been shaved off his life.
“This is my fault, so I can’t complain if I get punished…. Right?”
Instead of an answer, Cecile only let out the sound of steady breathing. Alexis stroked his damp hair and kissed his cheek repeatedly. He hugged him tight, skin to skin. It seemed he would have to listen to the sound of Cecile’s heart all through the night.
Cecile woke up only toward dawn. As he tossed and turned, wanting to get up, Alexis reacted keenly. He pulled the slipped blanket back over him and spoke.
“It’s still night. Sleep more.”
“…I’m thirsty.”
Alexis immediately got out of bed. In the darkness, a statue-like naked body moved about. It felt slightly surreal. Cecile watched him blankly, and as Alexis approached with a glass of water, he slowly sat up.
It took an eternity just to lift his upper body slightly. He felt a dull ache everywhere; it seemed the muscle pain would hit him in full force by tomorrow morning. Frowning, he tilted the glass. Because of his thirst, the water went down in large gulps.
As soon as the glass was empty, Alexis took it away. He laid Cecile back down and pulled the blanket up to his neck. Then, propping himself up on one side, he lay down and looked down at Cecile’s face.
“…Aren’t you sleeping?”
“Yeah. I want to keep watching you sleep.”
“With your hand like this?”
Cecile tapped the hand resting on his chest. One of Alexis’s arms was crossing over Cecile’s entire chest. It would be one thing if it were over the blanket, but placing it directly on bare skin like this felt slightly impure in intent.
“I only feel at ease this way.”
Alexis gave a faint smile, speaking nonsense. His fingers, tapping as if soothing him, brushed against Cecile’s nipple. Cecile narrowed his eyes and sighed.
“I can’t do it anymore. I’m really exhausted….”
“I wasn’t suggesting we do it.”
“Really?”
A short kiss landed. It felt more like an affirmative answer than a sinister plot. At this, Cecile was able to relax. He turned his stiff body and lay facing Alexis.
As he hugged Alexis’s waist, the arm that had been propping up his chin slid under Cecile’s head, acting as a pillow. The arm that had been on his chest now wrapped around the back of Cecile’s head. The suffocating restraint was, contrary to expectation, welcome.
He wondered if he could fall asleep like this, but as Alexis gently stroked his hair, his eyelids dropped again. His consciousness began to fade.
“Cecile.”
“…Mmh.”
“Marry me.”
Cecile answered in his sleep.
“…Okay.”
“I will become the Emperor, and you will be my one and only Empress. Is that alright?”
“…Yeah.”
“I will love only you until the day I die. So… please live a long, long time.”
Cecile nodded. The slow movement was almost imperceptible, but it was enough for Alexis.
“I love you.”
Alexis leaned down and kissed Cecile’s temple. As he whispered his secret confession of love into his ear, Cecile wore a faint smile even in his sleep. The strength in the arms embracing each other grew tighter.
In the deep night, amidst the darkness, blue eyes gazed intently at his lover. Alexis did not blink once, for this moment was too precious to waste.
One day, after returning to the Imperial Palace and spending his busy daily routine, Alexis requested a private audience with the Empress.
“Yes, what is it that you wish to discuss that you sought me out?”
Empress Elizabeth wore a benevolent smile over an expression laced with venom. Nevertheless, an unmistakable hostility flickered in her eyes.
Alexis gazed steadily at the Empress with an unreadable expression. He tapped the armrest of the chair with his fingertips, as if organizing his thoughts.
“First, there is something I wish to confirm.”
“What is it?”
“Do you wish to make Cecile the Emperor, or do you wish to seize control of the Empire yourself?”
“…What?”
“I asked what it is you desire. Whether you wish for your child to ascend to glory, or whether you wish to stand in that place of glory yourself.”
At the blatant question, the smile that had been spreading across the Empress’s face vanished instantly. Empress Elizabeth glared and shouted.
“What nonsense are you spouting! How dare you, in front of whom!”
“Stop pretending to be a benevolent mother. I already know very well that your heart is pitch black.”
Alexis replied while crossing his legs. Unlike the Empress, whose face had turned red with agitation, he was relaxed. He tilted his chin up slightly and curled one corner of his mouth.
“So, answer honestly. My thoughts will change depending on your answer.”
“Are you speaking in your right mind?”
“You aren’t lacking in intuition, so you should have figured it out by now. That this meeting was arranged so we could speak bluntly to one another.”
The Empress let out a scoff. Once she barely managed to calm her agitation, her gaze became vicious once again.
“I am deeply curious about your intention in confirming something that is already obvious.”
“I know well that you are greedier than anyone. Your plan is likely to put someone on the throne who will move according to your will. If that is the case, it means it doesn’t necessarily have to be Cecile.”
The Empress gripped the armrest tightly. Her voice rose instantly.
“Stop beating around the bush and speak plainly! What on earth are you trying to say? I know you will not yield the position of successor to Cecile!”
“I wish to negotiate,” Alexis said in a solemn tone.
“Give birth to a child for His Majesty the Emperor.”
“…What?”
“You are only thirty-eight. I believe there should be no problem in having a child.”
The Empress was so appalled that her mouth hung open. To tell her to have a child now! Did she not have such a desire herself? The reason Elizabeth had not had a child for so long was because of the previous Empress’s last will. Worried about the future of her only son, she had left a desperate plea to the Emperor before she closed her eyes.
Emperor Arnold had kept that promise. Though he sought Elizabeth almost every day, no child ever came between them.
The corners of the Empress’s mouth trembled.
“…His Majesty would never allow such a thing.”
“I have already received permission. Because I am the only one who can amend my mother’s will.”
“Is that true?”
Alexis caught the flash of joy spreading across the Empress’s face. It was a truly materialistic look, but it was exactly what he had expected.
“If you give birth to a child with the blood of the Imperial family, regardless of whether it is a daughter or a son, I will designate them as the successor to follow me. And I shall treat Your Majesty the Empress accordingly.”
“The price is excessive. What do you intend to demand in return?”
Alexis’s blue eyes flashed.
“I am taking Cecile.”
