Three Thousand Nights
Synopsis
※ This is a creative work set in England around the time of the 19th-century Opium Wars. Aside from the historical setting, specific events are fictional.
※ Precautions
- Some main characters (including the protagonist) are depicted as proponents of war, and the story contains depictions related to opium and domestic violence.
- The values, moral concepts, and perspectives on women of the characters follow the era's standards, which differ from modern times.
- To avoid compromising the historical setting, the names of irreplaceable historical figures, such as the Kings and Queens of England, have been used as they are.
- Because fiction and reality are mixed in the primary setting, there may be inaccuracies regarding noble titles, family hierarchy rules, and order of succession.

The man who despised me more than trash was the same man who whispered love to me.
19th-century England,
A time when the foundations for war to export opium were being laid.
MacQueen Lester, the representative of England's largest trading company, 'Cloud Division,' and a major player in opium trafficking, seeks to achieve his ambition of seizing power by riding the wave of high society through war.
At a salon attended for lobbying, MacQueen encounters the profligate of London society, Aaron Wizfeldon.
Contrary to his elegant exterior, MacQueen grows to despise the man who engages in eccentric behavior while intoxicated by opium.
“You drug-dealing rat.”
“……You've completely lost your mind.”
“Haha, you're right. I smoked a bit of opium. I think I might be properly insane……”
The heir to a Duke's house who vehemently opposes the plan to dispatch troops for war.
A man born with an overflowing abundance of wealth, honor, and power.
A man whose entire existence consists of standing at the peak and looking down at the mud beneath his boots.
While perceiving him as a hideously loathsome object, MacQueen loses all his memories due to a fall from a horse during a hunting competition.
When he barely manages to wake up in a dilapidated shack, the gorgeous man claims that he is England's greatest artist and that MacQueen is his servant.
“Then what should I call you?”
Aaron placed the wood carving back on the table and cast a cold glance.
“You should call me Master.”
“……Master?”
The owner of the shack, who is merely polished in appearance but is irritable, arrogant, and violent.
“Have you always been this ferocious?”
“What? What did you just……”
“I asked if you always behave this way toward someone who worries about you.”
However, in an isolated shack where no other soul can be found and only the two of them exist, MacQueen Lester begins to feel an indefinable emotion toward his master, who always returns covered in wounds…….
